Greetings to the new GeoGuessr support portal.
We have recently transitioned to a new service. This change means that all previous methods of contacting customer support are no longer accessible. Moving forward, all customer support inquiries must be submitted as tickets through this support portal.
You can access the support portal via the following platforms:
- GeoGuessr Website
- GeoGuessr Mobile Apps
- GeoGuessr Steam Edition
When you navigate to the portal from one of our platforms, you will be automatically logged in with your GeoGuessr account. If you visit the support portal while logged out and choose to log in, you will be redirected to sign in with your GeoGuessr account.*
Submitting Tickets
- To submit most tickets, you need to be logged into your GeoGuessr account.**
- When submitting a ticket, please ensure you are logged into the account needing assistance. For security reasons, we cannot assist you with changing details on an account you are not logged into on the Support Portal when submitting the ticket.
- If you have multiple issues, please create separate tickets for each one. This approach keeps each ticket clear and focused, which will help the support team assist you more quickly.
- Please avoid creating multiple tickets for the same issue – this will only congest the ticket queue and slow down response times.

Within the portal, you can find and read relevant help articles to assist you with your issues. Please search the knowledge base first before submitting a ticket, as the articles may provide a solution to your questions or problems.***
At the bottom of each article, you can submit feedback if you find the information unclear, incomplete, or incorrect. However, please keep in mind that this is not the proper method to submit support requests, and your query may not receive a timely response, as this section is intended solely for article feedback.
*This will not apply to mobile guest accounts or accounts created directly through Steam(this does not mean linked accounts) before April 9th; please access support directly from the mobile app or Steam edition to be logged into the support portal for that account.
**If you have lost access to your GeoGuessr account and cannot log into the support portal, you can choose the Account Recovery form to reach out to us, and we will make every effort to assist you in recovering your account.
***Some sections are currently under construction, but the FAQ sections with articles addressing the most common questions are ready!
